We get our coffee from FAF, who sustainably farms the highest quality coffee in Brazil with concern for everyone along the line of production in coffee… even the environment. We specifically use their Bob-O-Link coffee, which is handpicked selectively at the ripest stage of the fruit to ensure flavor, sweetness, and a clean cup. Then it is fully washed before being dried on raised beds. This coffee produces a smooth and stable cup with notes of nuts and rich chocolate, making a fine espresso.
